1.visit www.laspotech.net
2. click on the email link on the main menu or under this article
3. It request you to put in your UserID and Password
4. Your UserID is the first letter of your first name and your surname and your Password is a * followed by your surname.
       Example:-- Name --- Akinboye Bola
                         UserID----- bakinboye
                         Password----- *akinboye

Follow this format for your emails.

5. when signed in, a welcome message shows. Click continue.

6. On the user preference which comes next, all you need to do is to change the time zone offset to -0100

    West africa.

6. Click save
7.  it shows you preferences successfully saved, then click continue.

8. Your email address has been set up.

N.B: -- Please change your password.


To change your password

1. Click on user preferences when signed in.
2.  when in user preferences, click on change password which is signified by a key infront a human head at

     the top left of the screen.
3. Then put in the following details;
        ---- old password
        ---- New password
        ---- Confirm the new password

4. when you have put in those details, click change password

5. Your password has successfully been changed.

N.B :-- Please make sure you are the only one who knows the password.
